Lisa Druxman
Lisa Druxman, M.A. is the founder of Stroller Strides and is a nationally recognized speaker and author. She is considered an expert in the field of fitness, particularly pre/postnatal fitness. Lisa launched Stroller Strides in 2001, and now has 1,200 locations and more than 150,000 participants nationwide. It's a stroller based workout that offers moms a great way to get in shape, meet other new moms and have fun with their baby. She created the weight management program, L.E.A.N. Mommy® (Learn Eating Awareness and Nutrition) which is also the name of her book (Hachette Books). She has presented at the I.D.E.A. national and world conferences, is certified as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, is a Provider of Continuing Education through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and sits on the board of directors for the Postpartum Health Alliance. Lisa is a well-published writer, winning an APEX journalism award. She is the exclusive writer for Entrepreneur’s online Mompreneur column. She has also been nominated for and received numerous awards from organizations such as the National Association of Women Business Owners for her unique and successful business. She has been featured on NBC’s Today Show, CNN, The Montel Williams Show, Access Hollywood and profiled in magazines such as Entrepreneur, Woman’s Day, Good Housekeeping, Self and more.
